CES works with Stoke-on-Trent City Council to help more tenants benefit from the scheme.

The council supports the scheme, and our team is here to help tenants understand how it works, what they could receive and what happens next.

Clear information before you decide

We want every tenant to understand the scheme before they go ahead.

We will explain:

  • what you could receive

  • what you may pay

  • what you could save

  • how your bills work

  • what happens if you move home

  • who to contact for help

You only go ahead when you are happy.
If you need extra support, tell us. We are here to help.
